There is a huge gap by the muzzle though because the gen 4 frame opening is wider than the gen 3. Not sure if it is safe, but it did work. Like.

This is my G19 slide on my G26 frame when I was playing with the idea of taking a 19 and cutting the frame to a 26 height. I was playing with the idea after I had done the same quite successfully w/ a 17 cut a 19's height.
