Don't ever use GoSplitty. Don't ever use GoSplitty. A complete rip off. I booked a hotel in St. Pete Beach. They actually evacuated the hotel because of the recent hurricane. GoSplitty still has not refunded my payment. They kept the entire $200. Haven't responded to any emails or answered any phone calls. Date of experience: September 27, 2023

They do not have good customer service. There is not a legitimate telephone number given where they can be reach. Each number gives a recording or the option key hangs up. Traveluro would not allow me to cancel a hotel reservation, despite willing to forgo a re-fund. HORRIBLE! What sort of company refuses to cancel a service that you have already paid for & request no refund for. I’ll never book with Traveluro again - and you shouldn’t either.
